This policy describes how refunds are handled for Grainline Plus purchases made through Stripe.

Eligibility

If you purchased Grainline Plus and you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How refunds are issued

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • After a refund is processed, Plus access may be revoked.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. Chargebacks and disputes may result in immediate loss of Plus access while the dispute is reviewed.
